ভারতীয় ভ্রমণ ভিসা আবেদনকারীদের সাক্ষাতের তারিখ সোমবার (৩০ মে) থেকে আবেদনকারীদের মোবাইলে এসএমএস করে জানানো হবে। সাথে পাঠানো হবে একবার ব্যবহারযোগ্য পাসওয়ার্ডও। ঢাকাস্থ ভারতীয় দূতাবাস এক প্রেস বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে এ তথ্য জানিয়েছে।
ভ্রমণ ভিসা আবেদনকারীদের অবশ্যই এই এসএমএস দেখিয়ে আইভিএসি কেন্দ্রে ঢুকতে হবে এবং আবেদনপত্র জমা দিতে হবে। এ ছাড়া আবেদনকারীদের অবশ্যই আবেদনপত্র পূরণের সময় নিজের সঠিক মোবাইল নম্বর দিতে হবে এবং অনলাইন সাক্ষাতের জন্য আবেদন করতে হবে।
তবে আগামী ৫ জুন পর্যন্ত যেসব ট্যুরিস্ট ভিসা আবেদনকারী সাক্ষাতের তারিখ এরই মধ্যে পেয়েছেন, তাঁদের জন্য এই ঘোষণা প্রযোজ্য হবে না বলে বিজ্ঞপ্তিতে জানানো হয়েছে।

From 30 May, 2016, appointment dates for Tourist Visa applicants including One-Time Password will be sent to the mobile phone of the applicants by SMS. It will be mandatory for Tourist Visa applicants to show this SMS at the IVAC Center to enter and deposit the application. 2.
