service details
electronic money order issue:

step 1: money order sender comes to the designated bpo office/ post e-center/ banglalink mobile cash point and hands over the cash and filled in money order issue form to the dedicated agent

step 2: agent issues the money order

step 3: sender and beneficiary immediately receives the confirmation sms with unique transaction pin (14 digit)

electronic money order disbursement:

step 1: sender informs the transaction details including money oder amount to beneficiary through phone, sms or any other possible communication means

step 2: beneficiary goes to the nearest post office and submit the money order encashment form with the transaction pin and amount

step 3: agent verifies the pin and other transaction related information and hands over the cash to the beneficiary and mark the transaction as enchased

step 4: on transaction completion, automatic system generated “emo paid” sms is sent to the sender mobile number

what the money order sender (issuer) need to do for the service

ans: money order sender (issuer) will go to the post office/ post e-center or any designated banglaink mobile cash point and fill out the mobile money order issue form and provide his/her mobile number (any operator) and required amount (including fees) for the service. the agent will perform the transaction in his/her mobile and a tpin (transaction pin) will be sent to the sender and beneficiary (the person who will be receiving the money) in sms.

issuer will inform the beneficiary with the sending amount and beneficiary can go to any of the post office/ e-center/ designated banglalink mobile cash point to disburse (receive) the money order.

what will the sender (issuer) do if sms is not received after issue?

ans: sender (issuer) can call 01911304120 (any operator) and the sms will be re-generated.

what the money receiver (beneficiary) need to do for the service
ans: receiver (beneficiary) will go to the post office/ post e-center or any designated banglaink mobile cash point and fill out the mobile money order payment (disburse) form and fill in required information. the agent will perform the transaction in his/her mobile.

what are the charges of the service?

ans: issuer will pay the service charge of 1.85% (on the transaction amount) or bdt 15/- (whichever higher)
